Hi there, Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
A little about me
Hi, I’m Grainne (pronounced Gronya)
I was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to the US in my early 20’s. I met my amazing husband (Frank) in an Irish bar (as you do), we got married and have been happily married for over 20 years now. We have our beautiful rescue dog (gypsy) for over 14 years now, our son (Conor) is 13, and our daughter (Aine) is 12!
I love watching Blue Bloods, some of the Real Housewives (my guilty pleasure), baths and red wine!
I love getting outdoors as much as we can, so much so that my husband and I sold everything we had, bought an RV, and traveled the country for 5 years!
It was EPIC! We visited many National Parks, amazing states and learned how to live in a tiny home of less than 38′.
Something you should know about me…..I love creating lists! I mean LOVE! I have lists everywhere and they help me so much!

Self Care for Moms
As a mom, you know all too well the challenges that come with juggling work, home life, and caring for yourself. We tend to put everyone else first and our own needs on the backburner.
Most days it feels like there just isn’t enough time in the day! Feeling overwhelmed with trying to do it “all” can be exhausting both mentally and physically. That’s why self care is so important for moms; when we take time out of our already packed schedules for some much-needed “me” moments, we are better able to tackle whatever comes our way.
